Bee Sting
My poor baby girl tried to pick a bee off a flower today and got stung right on her little thumb:( We fixed her right up though!I thought she would be scared of bugs but she still tried to pick up another one a couple of hours later!

My Story
I had been working in my nursing career for 8 years before I had my first child. I was able to take the whole first year of her life off work due to maternity leave. I saw her take her first step, say her first word, and be there for all her "firsts". We went to the park, swimming, etc and I enjoyed that immensely. As time approached for me to return to work, I began to dread the thought. Leaving her with someone else for the day made me anxious. How many things would I be missing? No daycare would take her part time as I worked shift work. My husband and I went through three different babysitters in 9 months. Christmas came and I had to work because it was my year and she was just getting at the age to get excited about presents and Santa. I suddenly realized that this was just the beginning of things I would miss for the rest of her life. My stomach turned and it was then that I began to realize that I needed to do something about that to change the course of the future.
I believe firmly in the "Law of Attraction". I purchased the DVD and began to send my positive thoughts about what I wanted out into the Universe. Then I found out I was pregnant with our second child. So excited that I now had another year off, I really focused on that "something" I needed to have and achieve but couldn't imagine what it would be. I desperately needed financial freedom and to stop living paycheck to paycheck. I did not want to miss all the things that my own mother had missed when I was a child. Shortly after I delivered my second child, I came across a flyer with a website on it that sparked my interest. I went to the website and clicked on "Get more info" and the next day received a call that would change my family's life. I began my journey with Internet Ceo Moms. I worked hard on my matt leave and was able to only return to work part time with much better hours. Now I work a couple of days per week in the Emergency room and it is only because I "want" to, not because I "have" to. My girls go for a play date once a week instead of to a sitter several times a week because that is what this has allowed.
What has it meant to my family??
For my husband--coming home to meals prepared, and more time together.
For my girls--having their Mommy home to take care of them, and spend time with them, to see all the things I would be missing, to be the one to dry their tears and to fix their scrapes and cuts.
For me--balance! I can go to the gym and take better care of "Me" so I can take better care of my family. I can contribute to our income while being at home with my kids.
I never thought anything would offer that, but this team does! And I don't even have to get out of my pajamas if I don't want to! And the best part is I get to give back and be the one to help someone else achieve their goals knowing how much it means to a family. "Teamwork makes the Dream work"
